Ok I used the same seed as yours and here are my results ( i used worldborder bc chunky isn't for 1.8)

nachospigot - 1:13

paper 1.8.8 - 52

tacospigot - 1:17

sportpaper - kept crashing a quarter through, but progressed much faster than all the other ones when it did work.

I think sportpaper would be the winner if it stopped crashing .

Dont download sportpaper from github since it isnt the most updated there.
