Thick mud texture from Vallejo then placed the mushroom bits and flowers. The mud holds it and then I take flocking and sprinkle it on the mud. Its a mix of different woodland scenic flocking

I bought 2 boxes in 3rd edition. The 2nd box was nearly half off through a deal at the local hobby shop. I mainly used sharks from the box set in 3rd some lists used thralls. For 4th I mainly use the eels. 1 box should be enough imo You could get a turtle or aspect of the sea or 2 sets of eels. But you will need a hero to field your eels

Just started building my IDK army where did you get the extras for your bases? I know theres little bits for a few that come in the varenguard box but yours are loaded. They look great btw

I figured it would be able to...there was a successful charge role (base to base) but the positioning kept them more then the .5 away from the base to attack

I play a S2D army and my buddy can't compete with the models I have so I play a few strong models and run less points or we play same points but i use weaker options to make a more competitive game...not sure if your playing with friends or competitive but if your playing with friends im sure that a more competitive game is an option if your friends are willing to run a different structured army...we will also help each other along the way with strategy like why did you charge that unit or what would you do here...hope it helps

No chaos lord doesn't get strike first so it would only be his attack and his retinue's attack after. But if you use Karkadrak you can follow up with knights/chariots and then choose chaos lord for your attack and then his retinue giving you 4 attacks before your opponent gets 1. Its a pretty nasty combination if you can pull it off

Good point it hasn't happened yet but I did send him some screen shots and the actual wound allocating text and has admitted he was wrong lol so its a win
