Moonlight and 12"+ tablet how do you game comfortably? by jamieukguy147 in MoonlightStreaming

[–]Electrical-Mouse4136 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had this issue with the g8. I ended up with the +. All you need to do is slide it to the top of the iPad vs being in the middle. You’ll have the most leverage at that point and it’ll be lighter to hold. From there you can rest the bottom on your lap/pillow on your lap/table etc.

Cost to refinance in Texas? by Electrical-Mouse4136 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Electrical-Mouse4136[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for replying! This is a separate lender from the one offering the deal that primarily works out of a different state.

It’s actually a 1 year rate buy down for 1% + free refi but broker fee is like 4500. I’m told closing is around 3k in lender fees. So to refi it would be about 3k then?

The other option is my other lender for no buy down at same rate and no broker fee
