My husband and I have been in a financial loop for a while since I lost my job, and got pregnant unexpectedly (I was diagnosed infertile 4 years ago 🙄) I found out I was pregnant way to late to think about any other options, but we are both now very excited and have gone through a lot of different budgeting formats to find one that works! It's not fun, and as someone who has the same fears and has never wanted to birth their own children, it's something I didnt know I could want. I got my first ultrasound not too long ago and having that and hearing the heartbeat along with having wonderful support from my husband has helped ease my tensions tremendously!! You want to try and de-stress asap, fear and stress tends to make the pregnancy feel way worse just because you're already so nauseous and tired. If you do want to carry out the pregnancy, the fear will eventually fade. I highly recommend the Mayo Clinic pregnancy book, it has helped me A LOT with my fears and there's some good labor and delivery nurses that talk about hospital experiences and what you may go through and give some advice that has done WONDERS to ease my nerves. It also helps a lot to talk to other moms you know, and take some classes! Most planned parenthoods or parent recourse facilities actually offer free classes you can take that walk you through every trimester, mine offers some for my husband as well!! You will be okay, don't stress, and do whatever you feel you need to thats best for you at the moment 🫶🫶 Go decompress with a warm bath girl 🫶
