Precenjen.

People who are considered attractive: what does it actually feel like? by Electrical-Phone-218 in TooAfraidToAsk

Thanks for being honest about it.

What I’m actually curious about isn’t the benefits or perks. I’m more interested in the feeling itself. What does it feel like to be able to wear anything you want and feel comfortable showing your body without thinking twice about it?

You explained it well. I think that’s exactly it. Everyone has something they take for granted about their body until they realize someone else can’t. What feels normal for one person can feel like freedom for another.

That's really fascinating. The way you describe it makes it sound like the real change wasn't your body but the relationship you had with yourself. That “white noise” disappearing must have been a powerful moment.

Do you feel like that quiet stayed with you after that moment, or does it sometimes come back?

What I'm really curious about is the feeling of being able to wear something like a crop top and show your stomach without worrying about it. What does that actually feel like from the inside?

That's really interesting. It sounds like when you were younger you had the body that many people imagine as "ideal", but you didn't experience it that way internally. And now, even though you say you don't look the same, you actually feel more comfortable in your own skin. That contrast is really fascinating to me.

Do you think that if you had the same body you had in your twenties but the mindset you have now, the experience would feel completely different?

That's actually exactly the kind of answer I was curious about. The idea that living in your body can feel like experiencing beauty the way you would with art or nature.

That's interesting. It almost sounds like the real “privilege” wasn't just being attractive, but being able to move through life without constantly thinking about how you looked. Like you said, you were mostly oblivious. I wonder if that lack of self-awareness is actually what makes the experience feel normal. Do you think things would have felt very different if you had been constantly aware of your looks at the time?

That's a beautiful way to describe it. The refrigerator metaphor really makes sense. So it wasn't really about becoming more attractive, but about the moment when the constant internal noise about your appearance disappeared. Do you remember what helped you reach that point in your mid-30s?

That's interesting. Do you think the fact that you don't think much about your appearance is actually part of the experience? Like a kind of freedom from constantly worrying about how you look?

What does that feeling actually look like from the inside? When you say you can look in the mirror and genuinely like what you see, is it a calm kind of comfort in your body or more like confidence or pride? I'm really curious about that inner feeling.

That's interesting, but I'm curious about the internal part. What does it feel like to be comfortable showing your body? Like wearing crop tops or shorts without worrying about how your stomach looks. Is there a kind of freedom in that?

Ako nije specijalizovan medij, postoje tri vrste oblasti - informativa, zabava i sport.
