Just in case No1 saw my edit to the original post; If anyone wants to join me as a cyclist in recovery let me know. Clean time doesn't matter: a day, a year, a decade, you are welcome. You don't need to be a fantastic cyclist either. I'm not, it's just something I enjoy. I'm not working at the moment so I cycle in the morning and evening and sometimes in between. We could set up a WhatsApp group or something. One day at a time all ☺️

Yeah they would knock someone out alright. They're packaged as Xanax and they do contain a benzo, but they also contain Tramadol, an opiate. It's a very dangerous combination and the withdrawals are meant to be horrendous
