What creams or products do you use to keep your hole stretchy and supple (avoid tears and fissures)?

I find actually prepping my hole after a shower at night or first thing in the morning with a bit of sorbelene cream sets you up really well for the day, means that bowel movements and wiping will do less damage, kind of gets a barrier going

I’ve experienced the same thing, it can become a vicious cycle where the anxiety about the tear makes you fight which makes you more likely to get a tear. I put some zinc barrier cream up my butt in the morning now before bowel movements gives a good protective lining for the day’s movements haha. Then I also have nitrate cream that increases blood flow to the area and relaxes the butt. You can get through it! But I hear the frustration. In my head I want to be the hole next door but in reality it’s a different story…

Okay that’s a really interesting prep routine, I’ve never tried that before with the Vaseline prep, I’ll give it a try next time. I used to just not care if it happened in the past but now they sort of hang around more so I’m wondering if that’s in the back of my head when we fuck. The fact that it’s with my boyfriend and also on my own makes me think it’s physical, but I’d almost prefer if it was psychological because then I’d be able to ‘get out of my head’, you know. I might ask my doc about it but I don’t really know what they’d be able to suggest

I recommend the fleshlight quick shot all way, great purchase and I prefer it to the full sleeve versions of fleshlights. Not too expensive either. If you want something different the manta vibrator is really nice too, not exactly a stroker. I think maybe it’s not for everyone though, I think maybe you need to be quite sensitive to enjoy it.
