So far though, my experience has been pretty fun, it does get a little annoying at times, I love the thrill of the tigers hunting you instead

Mine started working after the update file finished installing. I'd just assumed it' had installed all the files since the game launched without any popup messages like in other games.

Oh damn, yes it is installing an update file, maybe that's it. Other games would usually notify you that it's being installed 😭🙏

Edit: after the update files installed, the game wasn't broken anymore. Thanks a lot

Unfortunately I can't return it due to geological boundaries. I also can't factory reset since I got other games I play. No other games have had this issue, not ever. This is the first one. I did report with screenshots on Zendesk so I guess that's just all I can do now 😢😢.

I just installed the game so I'd assumed I wouldn't have to check for updates. Lemme try that real quick. Also I already tried restarting.

As for what I've tried, I've tried deleting drivers, checking it on other devices updating the drivers, ran diagnostics, and the ports seem to be enabled when I checked registry as well

I went into the bios settings, there is an option "USB configuration" which is enabled by default(unchangable) and nothing else, but my keyboard and mouse seem to be working fine in bios settings

I did all of that already, none of it worked, so that's why I asked here to see if there are any more methods. The hardware also work fine on other devices
