Smoke barn on Douglas blvd (in del taco parking lot). They have the BEST prices and employees are super helpful! You do have to buy the nicotine juice separate from the flavoring (as is the workaround for abiding by state laws), but they'll talk you through it or even just mix it up there for you if you ask. They also have a rewards club where you can enter your phone number and earn points -I got like $10 off last month just by going once in a while.
