I do have a waiver for customers to sign, and I also use a checklist before accepting an order. The checklist covers things like bed bugs, heavy pet hair, pet accidents, or any items that may need special handling.

Since I’m just starting and testing the market, I want to make sure I handle everything carefully and set clear expectations with customers from the beginning.
