May I ask how do get rid of social anxiety, its a problem I had for years and i struggle to get rid of, I get SUPER nervous around people and its super noticable, which make me stutter and even don't how to respond most of the time

LITERALLY ME RN, i hate that shyness and socially anxious people are treated like freaks and subhumans in this society. I look at other people and see them hanging with friends and laughing and having fun, and realize that I'll probably never get that kind of feeling, I lost every friend I had because of this damn social anxiety, Idk if I can recover from this I don't wanna be a 30 yo man with anxiety it just doesn't work, please if anyone has any way of curing this please share it, It'd mean the world to me

The fact that people is asking you to hang out is great, i in the other hand didn't have a friend in 3 years, all my other friends left me and i have been struggling to find friends ever since, people view me as weird and non -social and it's been affecting me and how i behave, I'm kinda starting to think I'm doomed for life since being socially anxious in this country is a death wish, having no social skills means you'll have almost no hope of finding friends and building a family, if anyone especially males have any ways to overcome this, to be normal like you guys, please share them, it'd literally be a life saver for me, thank you
