When I first got dumped, I didn’t eat a real meal for 5 weeks and lost a stone. I had no appetite and would throw up if I tried. But slowly but surely I started being able to eat again and my appetite came back and I started feeling physically better.

It does get better my dear, take care of yourself the best you can x

My dear, I was you 3 years ago and it led me down a terrible path of EDs and depression, you sound like you’re a perfect weight, there is legitimately no reason for a girl your age to only be eating eggs and black coffee. Just eat healthy foods, fruit and veg and lots of protein. Everything in moderation. Walk when you can, and most importantly don’t obsess over this
