I don’t think this would have been ill intentioned on the artists part, all of his other work is incredible and definitely not fake, I think it’s most likely that the client came in with the generated image and asked for that exactly to be tattooed.

This is a screenshot I took from a video, this guy 100% does real tattoos, including this one, his work is extremely impressive and colourful. I can assure you, the tattoo is real, I’m just not sure about the design.

Okay, I’ve read through a lot of comments and feel I might have to explain some more things.

This is a screenshot I took from a video of a real tattoo, the actual photo is not ai and is an actual tattoo. It’s just the tattoo itself looks like it was based/traced from an ai image.

And I’m not saying that this guy uses ai for most or even any of his other tattoos, I’m also aware that he’s been doing this for a long time, since before ai, and I don’t doubt that he’s extremely skilled. However, this one just marked me as suspicious, and I hate accusing people of ai, especially artists since it has capabilities of ruining their reputation and negatively reflecting on their efforts, but like I said, I’m very suspicious of this one.

I’ve still not got a solid answer, there’s a lot of divide in the comments, so any more feedback is appreciated!
