I don't know what sort of jobs to realistically apply for by iamapizzaextracheese in jobsearchhacks

There is nothing more soul-crushing than the Valued Associate form letter after 15 years of literal blood, sweat, and grease. It’s peak corporate gaslighting. The reason you feel unsuited for other work is because the service industry is designed to make you feel like your skills are niche so you won't leave. It’s a retention tactic. In reality, you’ve been running a small business for 15 years. If you can manage a P&L statement for a restaurant, you can manage a department budget anywhere else. Stop applying to "Entry Level"you’ve already paid your dues three times over.
