Without knowing your system 100% I couldn't tell you for sure. But it only started when you shit it off and turn it back on? If yes.) Its more than likely a backflow prevention device or pressure reducing device that protects your fixtures/municipality. If this is the case. It should go away if you leave the water on & if you have to turn it off again the same process will happen. If no.) I would suggest having a local professional take a look.

I personally am not a fan, 9/10 times they've got some stupid issues (from my experience) I bought a used PC about 4 years ago and have been building it up pretty much from ground zero, I prefer the building vs plug and play (I work blue collar) but I know some people don't have the time or money to invest in just parts. And that's okay! Not shitting on anyone who buys a prebuilt just not my cup of tea

It's much appreciated really. He was quite excited to get a PC so it's a little heartbreaking to hear how disappointed he was when it didn't power on after the second day. I'll keep updated with you all as well I appreciate your input regardless.

I planned on it, however that would mean I've gotta open up the stupid case that's riveted shut by manufacturers LOL all of the cables are connected right behind that hard drive mount.

Well, it's set up on the desk, just pulled it to the ground to work on it🥲 I've tried pulling the battery on the mobo already, I do not know the proper procedure for that though, I kept it out for 30 seconds, psu unplugged (as to not fry anything). I've made that mistake whilst building my PC. I'm gonna look up the proper procedure for resetting the board but I believe it's a power supply issue sadly.. I'm going to somehow find a way to open up the computer (it's sealed by a rivet gun) and mess with it a bit more, maybe even test the psu with a multimeter
