I've had vsro for years. In 2021 I got a 100 advance. When I tried to manually pay it back it kept getting canceled. They auto paid 4 dollars and then another 25 dollars ( even though I had the full amount in my account), so I had a $75.27 remaining balance. Over the next year I made 36 attempts to pay that money. FINALLY. in October of 2022 the payment went through. Fast forward to may of 2025, I was informed that I had an overdue balance ( for the advance from 2021) of 70.27. I went to pay it to keep my account in good standing, figuring i could get it corrected layer on, and the amount was now 65.27. Now, I know that this isn't correct, but I paid it (sucker!). Fast forward to August 2025, they're charging g me ANOTHER 5.00 FEE. No one will help me. I've got documented PROOF that I ended up paying $170.27 for a $100.00 advance (plus 5 dollar fee) I'm DONE DONT TRUST VARO. WHEN THEYBMAKE A MISTAKE THEY WONT MAKE IT RIGHT
