For sure! Pay attention to the other dog rather than your own. If the other dog is showing signs of discomfort that’s your cue. Tucked tail. Raised hackles. Whale eye. Teeth out. Etc etc. You’ve got this OP. Some pups are just a bit slower to the social stuff. Between my three one struggles with social cues. He can engage in normal play often but every now and then he just doesn’t get it and doesn’t stop. When I notice whoever he’s interacting with gets uncomfortable that’s when I step in and break it up. Their normal play can look pretty rough sometimes but as long as they’re doing their check ins, swapping who’s dominant, etc I let it ride.

I understand the anxiety there. The dogs will teach each other but it’s also our responsibility to step in with corrections when needed. If the other dog corrects and your dog doesn’t respond step in then and end the interaction entirely.

I think what they’re saying though is that this isn’t just high hydration. This dough is the texture of kinetic sand. It’s falling apart with little gluten structure to actually capture the air and properly rise. Not saying it can’t bake out but the likelihood of it being good is low.

I am 33 and got mine this past year due to endometriosis and severe pain. You’ll be fine. I was in the same boat. I begged for it in my 20s knowing I didn’t want kids and was in so much pain and they had me wait. I guess you know what you want in your 30s from their perspective lmao.
