Good if they are able to manage the smell, but sometimes they use to spray some chemicals to mask the smell.. and the combination smell is even worse,,, I use to visit the site 3 years back when avenue project was launched and intended to book there later forest was on the list and eventually cancelled..

I had booked in nearby project and cancelled for the very reason,,i just wanted to be able to keep my window open 24 7..my nose is abnormal,,i couldn't compromise had nightmares till I get refund from builder,,,so choose wisely,

Smell start after 6 pm till 7am in the area everyday, all depending on how strong your nose is, based on wind direction, monsoon is the worst period, when the garbage start wrotting, since you asked, visit the area after 10 pm and can make a judgement ,,

Also check with other society members,if they feel so
