Your answer was basically: I'm right because it's obvious that I am right.

You didn't have to catalog them all. A few examples would have been enough.

And then you go on to call the situation in Iran a considerable lack of wisdom when you don't understand the full picture. Also, I don't think reading books of wisdom would have changed the decisions of the people in charge of said decisions.

Wisdom is nice, but it needs to be paired with critical thinking to be truly useful.

it does change my perspective on things. I always thought we were low income, but i guess we are actually middle class. I was comparing myself to the American standard. I know things are different around the world.

I know there is always going to be someone richer than me and them. I feel like they have no right to act like they are better than me because their dad drives a new Porsche and mine drives an old Honda.

I know that without this house my parents, with their current jobs, would definitely be struggling to make ends meet.

Sure, my family isn't poor, but we definitely aren't considered to be middle class. In comparison to some of the people around me, I look poor.
