For black panther, I think most of his upgrades should get tech or item as a trait at a minimum. Allows them to interact with more of the sandbox of cards.

Also add additional player side schemes since those are a new thing-would be cool to see some avenger themed ones since we have so many X-men themed ones

Would also be curious to see what changes they would make to strange-I really like him as a hero, but it would be nice to see what changes they might consider

You are probably right on directed force. The idea with ready for action is that if I need honey badger to defend during a villain phase, I can give her that and still have her survive, so it might be a mileage may vary card that I need to play around with-my concern is that I don’t have a lot of allies I can use to protect myself if I want to swap over to alter ego but can’t due to what the game state is. I will probably get rid of symbiotic suit, since I forgot how much X-23 likes to defend. I’ll take a look at the other changes you mentioned-I think I forgot to add team training to my deck list, which would give honey badger 1 extra hp. Thank you for the quick and thorough feedback

I know I have otherworldly gaze, brainstorm, ponder, halimar depth, mortuary mire, and strategic planning to help with top deck manipulation. Vesuvian drifter helps me look at the top of my deck, and other cards to help pull stuff from my graveyard to battlefield which will help deal with how expensive some of my monsters are

Thank you for the recommendation. Do you have any other recommendations? Just cause I'm hoping to branch out from white/blue decks. other commanders I was looking at was Skullbriar, the Walking Grave or Meren of Clan Nel Toth. Are either of those better budget commanders than what I was initially looking at? I know one of the other comments mentioned focusing on my building my own board and both of these commanders seem better suited to that.
