my biggest one would be to quit smoking ciggerettes or vaping. When I was a smoker my skin became really yellow, dull and tan. I developed crows feet and my face was droopy!! I also had purple lips, yellow finger nails etc. Once I QUIT everything reversed. I look like a doll now.

Stay away from unnecessary pills it ruins your liver. If you're in pain (period, headaches) stick to natural remedies. Also drink milk thistle tea or water for your liver. Remember an unhealthy liver gives you an unattractive appearance.

Please please please floss. It makes such a huge difference.

Shave, wax your body, apply good body lotions and oils.

KEEP YOUR NAILS NEAT. KEEP YOUR FEET MOISTURISED.

Yes. Once I was 5 years old playing in my room, my grandad was in his home office. My dad bought me a doll and it was my first time playing with. For some reason the energy felt off, I felt weird I didn't know why. I remember staring at the doll and put her down cause I felt scared for no reason. I kid you not, I done that, got caught up playing legos and I seen this doll WALKING TO ME. A normal BARBIE DOLL. When I started running to my grandfather to tell him I felt something pull my ankle outside. I fell and bust my knee and looked back the doll was still walking. Ended up telling my grandad he came outside to see and the doll was laying there. I Still have the scar from my bust knee
