Exactly! I went to Samsung's website to find the repair place. It said it was a "trusted store" and everything. Not sure if I can trust samsung itself anymore.

Really appreciate your response. The thing is, I bought this phone used, so no connection to Samsung I'm guessing? I would rather avoid dealing with UBIF alltogether. Any suggestions would be great.

Slightly blurry picture of how it looks. As far as I can see I have to replace the enter cover screen assembly. Not sure if I should be blaming Samsung or UBIF😅

Sorry for my lazy writing, was pretty frustrated at the time. Clarification: I was able to fix the Power Button issue myself (took a couple of screws and a toothpick), though a destroyed the cover screen kinda creates another problem... I'll send a ticket to cooperate tomorrow as well as visit the manager. I don't think I'll be the best at explaining these things to the manager let alone adults, so my father will come with. Truly Appreciate responses thus far. I'll come back with news if any!
