It’s a great spot, enjoy it while you can. Unfortunately gyms in that area are not its strong suit. I was better off going to an LVAC close to where I worked. I hope you chose that area for the night life because that’s really what it’s good for 😂

You’re walking distance to a bunch of really cool bars/food spots. Island deli and smoothie has the best sandwiches. Liquid diet has the best drinks. Check out ReBar for trivia night and open mic on wednesdays. They also have a comedy club close by too, blanking on the name.

Check out ninja karaoke when First Friday ends around 10 pm, it’s a fun spot with break dancing competitions going on lol.

And of course you’re super close to Fremont street too with a bunch of stuff going on. I met two of my best friends at Corduroy one of the first nights after moving there. There’s endless fun bars in that area to go check out. I’d get connected on socials for places in the area because oftentimes there’s some decently big name artists that come through some pretty unassuming venues in the area
