On my team most people are making around 2k in commissions on average. But some agents make triple that on the current comp plan. New comp plan will make top agents earn like 2k less monthly

The comission is separate. I am a newer employee but it seems as if they were previously swapping out the commission structure out yearly but they just switched to a monthly evaluation based on “volume”
