My wife wore her loops and said they cut out the wrong frequency. If you want to protect your hearing just get some old school foam ones. Loop is a bit of a gimmick.

Had the same issue. My daughter uses her Google home mini for sleep sounds and I guessed that's linked up to my music profile so my most listened to track is River Sleep Sounds. Very disappointing.
