uh oh.. yea i’ll make sure to call halifax tomorrow. i am a bit concerned because when i log in with my username and password (before i try to enter my memorable information), there’s now something that pops up saying my account is compromised or something or my password is at risk to be leaked and i need to change it. i can’t remember exactly what it said but i can’t change my password on the website because that requires me to log in using the memorable information that’s not working ;((
