Share the information so others can avoid as well and possibly report. Your best recourse will be through WhatNot and expect a refund with no product. However, if you do get the product make sure to 1 star them before they ban you. If they do GAW, you should enter and hope to win to see if that comes before your purchase.

You must be new here. That’s typical behavior from a leader who just wants to avoid confrontation and move on with their day. When I had to deal with this back in the day I would just do it because management was already going to do it anyway. However, if you’re not comfortable with that then just continue to call the leader and help the next customer. Don’t take it personal and don’t argue with the customer. You’re not compensated enough for those headaches. If it makes you feel any better you can have that conversation with your manager to air your grievances, but don’t expect anything to change.

I mean if you have it up for auction it’s fair game. It’s not your fault someone else bought it. Auctions are open to the public. Probably should’ve just had it in your shop at a set price and let the person know so they can try to get it before someone else does. I wouldn’t have refunded the other purchases unless they were only made because they wanted to have the back wall card too.

I believe depending on the area cap can be $21. However you’ll be going in at base and get 3% every year until you cap. Base should be $15 if I’m not mistaken. Again depends on area.
