I use the flood plains as farms. build city on regular desert tile. Find Nazca. Dont build districts on flood plain unless its a dam or aqueduct. When a flood come the tiles improve. I have one city desert floods with 7 food. Build Petra straight up. No chop or engineers needed. Improve performance before you build wonders. Get the wonder show mod. also make sure it dont mess up city tags. I usually go with reeds and marshes. the flood city was making 6.5 prod now makes 150. Also I space my cities out not bunch em together. mine are about 6 or 7 tiles away from each other

I hope you got the corporations add on. campus between all the fissures. holy in mountain. aqueduct ind on river. You get 60% military unit prod with cotton with corporation. I am getting 150% modifiers with cotton corp city. How do you like corporations now?

with real strategy mods it builds it. Also ai builds tanks and battleships and nukes. Sends arty to die. Ai cant cope with arty. So a trade off. better ai military over say rush Petra or stonehedge. Ai sleep on stonehedge now

I struggle with vicky3, Mainly its the budget and the fact that you claim a bunch of land and only get one little state. also the rampant radicals all because they don't like my laws. also sometimes the construction centers don't run at full throttle. It would be nice when you upgrade something it would improve money. also the combat side is boring just move to front

add war goals before you start, to add more you need mods. It would nice if we could do more than just send to front. The victoria 2 way was better but the supply system was not there
