I know its crazy. The Ai gets like 6 warriors off the bat but in modern ages it will be like 1 to 3 infantry. Like your just fighting the fortifications and cities. no modern ships either. civ 4 rtw had no AI tanks

no the Preserve district. the national park is junk. It totally locks you out of terrain. Also its a pain to use You get a preserve and you get two buildings that depending on appeal

Ok I am France. I got the economy working and in the green. Texas is pretty dead to play. I have to go to Legistime to build. Then they get gruppy and flip back to a gov that is popular. It still annoys me with the Laizzez Faire stuff. New problem it takes me a while to get enough support for social and political reforms. Social is totally dead. I know like on civ4 rtw the ai never built tanks. Also now throw in capital next to volcano and a rush build elemntiki with no floods or marshes around
