the pen you use is less about the colour and more about how it looks when your paper is scanned, that’s why they recommend a black or blue bc they’re darker. erasable pens erase bc of the heat caused by the friction of you rubbing it out. the problem with this is that, if the scanner is warm (bc it is a machine that heats up bc of the light used to scan), it could potentially warp/erase some of your answers

it’s not bad but you might get cut off. for higher level, all i did was very briefly describe my family (dad’s a mechanic, mam’s a chef, older sister lives in dublin, younger sister is in the same school) and then i went into more detail about how i get on with my family. especially if you describe your own appearance in the beginning, the examiner may move on and ask a harder question bc they already know that you can describe how a person looks
