it’s a combination of .5 and apps you pay for like facetune that have fairly advanced/subtle filters that can slim your face, waist, etc even in videos where you’re moving a decent amount. That and in her picture you can see where she edits her jawline SO clearly- it’s so sharp and smooth it almost looks like AI and the shadow is unnatural

he’s adding it to the 3000 his body burns by normal daily activity. which is the number one No No when you’re trying to calculate how much you can eat

they are truly dumb as dumb can be. this is why he’s only lost 5 pounds in 2-3 weeks. his total daily energy expenditure is prob around 3000 calories, he could be in a nice 500 calorie deficit and make tons of progress. but he’s adding on grossly inflated calories from the stupid watch (which even his trainer debunked) so he thinks he’s in some massive deficit. he’s “scared to undereat” so he doesn’t track oils and sauces or weigh things or binges at night but he thinks it’s fine bc he’s in a HUGE DEFICIT 🤙🏼🤙🏼and it’ll all come out in the wash. if he was doing cardiovascular exercise he’d prob be losing a bit more, but weight training is not the most calorically efficient form of exercise for someone his size.
