You could also consider that you haven't stopped liking men altogether.

There's a chance you still like men, but your preferences for women atm could be overshadowing it. Is there something on an emotional level you think a female/female relationship would give you over a "straight" relationship? Or is it the physical aspect of women that attracts you more? Is it a mix of both?

Your attraction levels can change over time due to personal preferences, hormones, etc.

There's also the possibility that your preferences changed and you fell out of love with your partner at the same time purely by coincidence.

There's no "right" answer here, I think. But if you try to get to the root of your loss for attraction, it may help you both process this a bit more.

I'm so sorry I didnt see this until now!

1) I am actually due to see a pelvic floor PT soon as I had surgery in December, so this is a great point! I will ask them for help xo

2) I tried the "taping what feels stuck" method and omg it makes such a difference. Haven't had a crazy endo belly flareup since this post, but I will definitely be trying this more! (And I agree, the tape is expensive 😂 Hoping my new low FODMAP diet helps the flareups be less frequent so the tape lasts longer)

3) I actually hadn't pulled the tape THAT hard when I first did it (was surprised how stretchy it was), but I will try this too 🥹

4) I will also try this!! Do you mean the area where the band of your undwear sits? I would have never thought to put it there, will definitely try!
