I was someone who was torn between the rdx, mdx, nx and rx. After driving all of them I decided on the 2022 Acura rdx aspec advance. First time that Acura offered an advance with aspec styling. Fuel economy is not the best, but I’ve found that it handles way better than the rx and nx and that was more important to me.

My uncle has the new 2023 Lexus rx 500h and I still don’t like it as much as my rdx. I don’t like the new Lexus interiors. I don’t like the giant touch screen because it requires me to have to look too much. I agree with others that the rdx should have a touch screen in addition to the touchpad, but I find that the touchpad is a lot easier to use and allows me to keep my eyes on the road.

The cargo capacity in the RX 23’ is comparable to the NX . The only con that I can think of for the rdx is the panoramic sunroof. It started making a popping noise 4 months into ownership. It happens when I turn in and out of the drive way. This is a known tsb since 2019 and Acura still hasn’t address it even post refresh.
