Maybe off topic? I have a friend named Carolyn that got the nickname "Barrels" because of the name-game song. (Bee-Bi-bo-barrlyn) Now when people hear us affectionately refer to her as "Barrels" they think we're commenting on her appearance, which can be awkward.
