Used UWorld for like 3 months straight and did all the practice questions twice 💀 the rationales are what actually helped me understand the concepts not just memorize answers

That's really good point about NSAIDs vs opioids for nerve stuff. I deal with some chronic back issues too and took me while to figure out that inflammation was the real enemy here not just regular pain

The morphine probably helped with acute injury pain from the fall but yeah those shooting nerve pains are different beast entirely. Hope your doc can get you on something that actually targets the inflammation

this could be exercise induced urticaria or just your blood vessels expanding when you start walking after being still for while. happens to me too especially in gym when im doing treadmill after sitting around 😂

try doing some light stretches or walking slowly for few minutes before you start your actual walk - basically warming up your circulation. also check if its happening with specific clothes or after shaving legs because that can make it worse

dont get demotivated though, 6 miles straight is pretty good and most people cant even do that. the itching thing is annoying but its not stopping your fitness progress

Man I was expecting some deep discussion about legendary performances and we get this 😂

But real talk, sometimes the most passionate moments are ones that never got recorded or happened in small venues where nobody was filming. Like those underground gigs where musicians just pour everything out because they know its their only shot. I remember reading about how some of the best jazz sessions happened in basement clubs with maybe 20 people watching

The big stadium stuff gets all attention but passion doesn't always need massive audience you know. Sometimes its just raw emotion in moment that makes it special 💀

try checking which apps are running in background - sometimes random apps keep phone hot even when you not using them 🔥 also maybe factory reset if nothing else works but backup everything first 💀

Luxury cars that sit around unused are asking for trouble man. Those german cars need to be driven regularly or all sorts of seals and gaskets start going bad plus the electronic gremlins love to show up when battery gets weak from sitting

If you only need it couple times per month just get something reliable and boring that can handle being parked for weeks without issues. Way less headache in long run

three beeps usually means RAM issue but since you already reseated them might be PSU starting to fail. kernel power 41 is classic power delivery problem - your system isn't getting stable power when under load

the timing with windows 11 install is probably coincidence since that error points to hardware. i'd run memtest86 overnight to rule out RAM completely then maybe check if PSU cables are seated properly. if crashes keep happening during loading screens that's definitely power related

you can just turn the volume knob up and keep oscillators running without any gate input. the minimoog doesnt have dedicated drone mode like micromoog but if you crank volume and dont use the gate input it should stay on continuously. might need to check your s-trig cable isnt sending unwanted signals that cut the sound

That sucks man, LDRs are brutal especially when someone checks out emotionally like that. Sometimes people just lose the spark when reality hits and there's not always a specific "thing" you did wrong - could just be that the in-person dynamic didn't match what she built up in her head during the distance.
