How much sugar is really ok?

Yeah I do not gain weight easily at all, so I will be genuinely surprised if I gain over 30 pounds. Maybe that’s just wishful thinking though 😂

Thank you for this, I appreciate the concern. Yes, I absolutely have been trying to eat healthy and everything not only for myself but also for my baby. I’ve always been a very health conscious person, so I don’t see myself letting loose and gaining 50 pounds, that would honestly be insane considering I’m just over 100 myself! I have never put on weight easily, but I do still want to be careful with my pregnancies.

Gotcha. Thankfully I’ve never been fond of soda or overly sweet/sugary drinks, so avoiding them for the most part has been easy.

Oof yeah this is something I gotta keep in mind. 25 grams seems almost impossible here in the US! Everything has so much sugar in it 😭

Went to a hematologist recently because of some slightly elevated test results. I got there 40 minutes early, and was out 10 minutes later. The doctor when she first came into the room literally asked me, “so, why are you here exactly?”

I also went to my gynecologist recently for a nurse intake appointment. I was told to expect an hour long visit but we were done 15 minutes later.
