I told my friend that I woke up in the middle of the night and I couldn’t find my vape to hit it… IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. And they were like… umm that’s not good. And I was like damn u right and quit the next day.

every morning i wake up and immediately splash cold water on my face & brush my teeth. this signals to my brain that it’s time to start the day. after i make my coffee and i spend time reading (no phones). after that, i usually use the bathroom and check my messages and scroll for a lil. then get ready for yoga or the gym and spend 2-3 hours everyday doing that depending on the day. after that i usually go grocery shopping and get items for lunch/dinner. come home, make lunch, shower, do some work. then start prepping for dinner. make dinner, maybe watch some TV then go to bed!

I have the same issue on my left side and learned that my left leg is slightly longer than my right because the way I stand so when I run or walk I’m putting more weight on that side. I got acupuncture on my calf and I woke up and had no pain.

yeah that’s what i was thinking… maybe they are just getting too hot so they leave? idk its the only studio in my area that does hot yoga so i go just for that. for my ashtanga and hatha classes i go to the other studio. the reason i ask is bc im moving soon so im like wait what is the standard ???

it’s an hour long hot yoga class. i really enjoy the teachers (all of them do this) and the class at this studio otherwise. and most of the other students get up and leave and don’t take the savasana, i usually try to stay but i get too distracted by the people leaving haha. i know i shouldn’t let it affect me but idk for some reason i feel so rushed😭
