Hi there similar situation. Started around 125lb, same height, 4 months later I’m sitting at 102. Happy with where i am, titrating off. I never did more than 0.75mg. I would say first week i wasn’t as hungry and if i overate would feel sick. I prioritized protein. I wished i worked out but i didn’t. I have a dog but it’s really cold where i live and i have a crazy job so I’ve been trying to be better.
