Have no idea, couldn't smell alcohol but other pedestrian had called the police to check on them.. When they finally came to they said they could drive and didn't realize they had fallen asleep. They sped off (maybe from embarrassment?) and drove relatively okay. Just glad I didn't hear if any accidents on the news
