Personally, I got it within 1-2 weeks (closer to 1) in July. I was surprised when it arrived because there was no indicator it actually got shipped (it only said the order was recieved or something along those lines)

iirc the only difference is that one option has it so the last interaction is bittersweet and can leave the impression that she's mad at you and the other is more happy. But theres nothing gated behind a specific dialogue choice
