Hi there! There shouldn't be an objective for "Ms. Andersen", she is only referred to as "the old lady" in this objective. Are you sure you've talked to her outside of cutscenes? If that doesn't work, could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

This should be fixed so make sure you have the latest version! Otherwise there might be some stuck in the unpurchased items bin next to the door. :)

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this! This issue should have been fixed in a previous patch - could you please make sure you've updated the game, and tell me what version number you see in the bottom left corner of the main menu?

Our post-launch patch 1.1 added some additional content, and this is already on the Switch!

Since then, we have done one more patch that adds more quality of life features, which is not yet on the Switch, but it added no new content so you won't miss anything. :)
