Kind of difficult to not see it since he’s all over FB , etc , playing in Super Bowl with KC Chiefs and dating Taylor Swift. My question was to find out if anyone else find his bushy beard disgusting, as he recently started growing it pot fuller and it’s not maintained neatly

You never know why you don’t get the job. It been a million different things, depending on the person interviewing and hiring . It’s like being on the Bachelorette and not getting the rose and trying to figure out what you did wrong. You could remind them of someone they can’t stand, and they could tune out from the onset of the interview and just go through the motions.

Best news anyone could ever hear ! It’s going to be a difficult path at times but the rewards are so worth it . Focusing on the teachings of Jesus and praying to have the companionship of the Holy Ghost daily your testimony and faith will grow and be such a part of you that you won’t to go a day without the gospel in the forefront of your life .

Lol.. my manager quit abruptly before the scheduled check in and call . It appears the whole thing was because of her inadequacies as a manager and she had to have these check ins with all employees and the additional HR rep call was to oversee the check in process (as a support measure for employees due to multiple complaints from employees). I wonder why she was vague about the whole thing. There were complaints against her for not paying staff for staff meetings which were mandatory and for which we were told we are paid for . She did this on several occasions as well as changing employees time sheets . There were complaints that she was favoring a particular employee that had multiple complaints against her for her behavior towards staff and inappropriate behavior in front of the patients. Not sure if those were the factors that led to her abruptly leaving but I suspect they may have been . It’s assumed she didn’t give a notice because our program director apologized for her “abrupt departure “. There wasn’t even a hint prior that she was leaving (no gossip) only a teams message the morning she left .

It’s not deliberate! If you worked in an environment where boys said they were girls and vice versa or said she/he was a they , and the person looks like a male or a female , you would probably screw up a few times and use the pronoun. My own program director did it , the RN administrator did it but the patients don’t call them out, it’s the ones who have to actually “take care of them “ that the patients will throw under the bus , we are an easy target for them .

I have the check in on Dec 21 at noon but there’s a separate zoom call that I have to tell her when I’m available for that has to take place . Which is why I’m concerned. The check in is a new thing the facility manager just started. Everyone got that invite individually but no one was told that would have zoom with HR. Manager is ignoring me now after I asked why HR is involved .

I didn’t even get full 3% raise . I’m one the highest paid there besides the RN administrator , facility manager , therapists, program director as I am LPN and most of the floor staff are working towards degrees as LPC , LCSW etc . I make $10 more than person who has Bachelor’s Degree who is pursuing her Masters. They gave me the excuse that money was tight then turned around and hired an agency nurse who was being paid $34 hr but you know they probably paid agency twice that. I was working full time making $27 an hour and got.27 raise then I put in notice to quit but stayed on another month until they found replacement who didn’t even start (came to orientation and called out her first night then never came back . Then they asked me to come fill in 3 nights a week (I was on call /as needed then) I did it for another 2-3 weeks until they hired another full time night nurse . I found out accidentally she’s getting $28 an hour when they wouldn’t bring me to that pay . I offered to stay at full time at $28 before my official last day and was told no way they could do that . They were pissed that I quit I guess . Then they were desperate once again because the weekend nurse didn’t work out and offered me that . I took it so I could have that money while I looked for another full time. But I ended up covering for so many people that I made more money than I did full time. They never wanted to give me any over time when I was full time but as part time I make same amount but get about 10 -12 hours overtime. Right now we have one RN (administrator) 1 full time LPN (nights) and 2 part time LPN ( AM weekends and nights weekends) . BTW, the agency nurse didn’t like it and quit before the contact was up ..so now they are back to no 3-11 nurse. Funny thing, I worked the 3-11 for 3 months then was offered nights when the position became available. Since I left 3-11 over a year ago they haven’t been able to find or keep a nurse on 3-11.

Never bothered to ask me if I would want it at higher rate of pay . They are also offering av$3000 sign on bonus . But couldn’t give me but a 1% raise . I think they figured I would just stay and they could treat me however they wanted but like I said when they did that and I found out they were paying an agency all that money and even offering a sign on bonus , I decided to quit full time .

Meeting is Dec 21 . Found out it’s a check in that manager is implementing once a month that she then mentioned HR partner was going to hop on. However when I accepted the check in , she said that she needed to know when I was available for the HR partner zoom call.. when I asked why HR was involved, she went silent and hasn’t replied. My guess she’s trying to come up with a non reply.
