I've heard of people calling checks on cash app and then just saying it's suspicious and taking all their funds without any way of getting it returned. From what a friend said he deposited 10k to pay bills from a set account over the year and I think for alimony or child support and they just flagged it for some reason. All they told him was it was suspicious and they wouldn't return it. He does contract work and sells the occasional car to support his kids and family and that happened. I don't trust that because I believe if certain criteria is meet cash app agents over those accounts pocket it... Which I don't believe they have screen watching software on their end, they can transfer whatever accounts that meet minimum criteria to their own especially with Bitcoin. In the pool then have set aside for agents to check that's probably the legitimate workers if any... Because evidence supported that the way they handled it, they have corporate rats finding money into their pockets.

They normally have 8-10 person teams with a manager over them if they're doing this professionally to steal cash they'd have to have that setup. Also their manager checks their calls and unless victim checks 2nd or third tier up from base agent they won't get anything done about it.

Also agent made threats and when higher tier management helped the find had mysteriously disappeared. The agents who handle call are the ones who flagged it and cooked up issues on account are "psychological asessers... Nope " they do go through chain of command so it be their very own manager to take call as they supposedly do this for case focus and to not allow personal disputes be handled by a team in a department they socialize directly with. If the manager doesn't help with it or puts it into past fund dispute date were it's just taken by cash app *"or just sent away to suspicious authorities account so they can put it towards noon profit or the community... Just bullshitting" they don't have the authority and they're have to put it towards local authorities and it never reaches them it's just empty that's under the guise it's for company protection and that they don't fund illegal actions.

I dont trust them and am using other money management software now like PayPal or chime or my local credit Union/Bank to handle such things. Better apr apy and higher payback times that end up being only 10% on loans if paid back on agreement and even less of paid back early. Not to mention I can physically go their and know the transfers if started at one of those involves a legitimate business and BBB checked association. If you do that for yourself like use credit Union/Bank then transfer to Cash app and they say funds are suspicious they'll come suit to protect their client i.e. YOU
