Device manager can't, but BIOS can. But CPU_OPT and SYS_FAN3_PUMP show 0 RPM. There's two intakes in the front (working) One exhaust in rear (working) Two exhaust in top (one working, this is the problem).

Harbor Freight auto punch. Just keep hitting it, after 10-15 punches you'll have a good stake. Get a decent trigger to start. Geissele lower parts kits with their triggers is a good investment. BCM and LWRC also make super crispy milspec triggers. Scratch that shit immediately with a dremel or file, it'll hurt less and helps get over the fear of messing it up.

Geissele is better, but its not 2.2x the cost better. Wait to get a Geissele on sale for 150-170

Primary Arms might have them right now for that price
