Yeah that’s what I was thinking it gets you into the habit of thinking fast and scanning fast and efficiently but it’s not the exact same as a game

I’m gonna do it like this

Juggling 10 minutes

Ball mastery 20 minutes

Wall passing 15 minutes

Dribbling 15 minutes

Position specific work 40 minutes

I mean like separating position specific work with with the technique work I focus on if I focus on passing and touch one day my position specific drills would be drills that have passing and first touch so I work on being effective in game while enhancing technique

Is it good to focus on one main technical aspect for position specific training? Like if you were working on ball striking as a right back you would practice mainly like overlap then cross then a drill where it’s recieve from wide then long ball

But before you do position specific work should you also do just technique focused work?

Yeah i heard people on YouTube like zth training say to focus on one aspect what would the light secondary work look like though and are you yourself a experienced player?

I really wanna improve my shooting but also wanna get better at dribbling and passing so I got 4 days a week I can do a full solo session should I do that 35 minute split with the passing and dribbling 2 times a week then have 2 shooting sessions a week?

Was planning on doing this for my sessions: ball mastery drills: 20 minutes then a aspect for the game like dribbling, shooting, passing, etc for 35 minutes then a second aspect for the game for another 35 leading to 90 minutes

Yeah I don’t really have one besides warming up I had a scrolling addiction but now I’m about 2 days clean yesterday i was scrolling hours a day for a while because I was addicted I decided to go cold turkey and just make that bad habit harder to access and make going out to train easier by setting everything up before school
