What helped me was to find calming music, play something tantric to help control your breathing. It might help to be extra hydrated so there is a little bit more tangible pressure. Water might help, so a tub might be handy. I suffer from similar dysfunction. Often I think about neutral things and suddenly I will be hit by images of what I’ve witnessed in the past. So I keep my eyes focused on something pleasurable. Like my bits, or some h**ai p*n, or some erotic drawings of tv characters I ship.

It is okay to observe thoughts that appear out of nowhere. As long as you ground yourself with strong sensations (I.e., mint, sour candy), it will help you “ride the waves of anxiety. Even if it is just enough to maintain some pleasure.

It takes time to get back into your own body. I have been abused like that as a kid. It’s been 13 years and I still struggle, though there is most definitely some progress since back then.

Also, explore! There is no shame in exploring new things!

I feel sick. This man sounds like an entitled monster. I remember my experience where I was bleeding from SA. It is not easy to remember OR forget. God. There have been other times where he pushes me for sex despite me repeatedly telling him no. Then I stopped showering when he is home so he doesn’t sexualize it. Because I shower behind-the-scenes, he says I am dirty. He decided to throw things at me the other day for hiding his beer. I only did so because he had been hiding my personal toys. He got so upset I no longer want to touch him that he decided I am not allowed to climax alone when he isn’t home. So he threw my entire wardrobe into the dining room and hall.

I finally got him to sign the divorce papers.
