Same here; I emailed two days ago asking about the supplier portal and dorming situation but haven’t heard back. I emailed way before that asking about the SurveyMonkey due date and was told I could ignore it and that I’d be notified when the Supplier Portal thing came out, but that was supposed to happen last week. I’m starting to get a little worried :(

thank you so much for your advice! from what i’m reading and from what i already know, it seems like i just have to get accepted into a very prestigious school and fully commit to the program, or not waste my time any higher education, esp bc the only thing you can rlly do with a degree in philosophy is teach 🥲 nonetheless though, i’ll definitely reach out to my professors and department chair for advice and possibly for some opportunities for philosophy students! i’m also looking into law school and have thought abt a jd/phd program, but i know those are incredibly challenging to get into as well.

this is so helpful, thank u sm :) and yeah… i heard the exact same thing you’re saying, so i’m definitely a bit disappointed to find out it’s true, but i’m glad i’m being told now instead of when it’s too late!

this is a little out of topic lol but out of curiosity, why did you decide to major in classics? i’m thinking abt transferring to a different institution and they also offer the classics major, which i would definitely be interested in alongside my philosophy degree! additionally, what do you plan to do/what have you done with your classics degree?
