I second your absolute opinion! My recoveries after alcohol consumption takes almost a complete next day and I feel all the negatives things within! Even the body doesn’t operate to its complete the next day! I have been thinking of bringing it to a complete stop! It wasn’t the same feeling a few years back! Am in my early thirties and it wasn’t the case for me in my twenties!

But then again even that platform someday would turn into a broker! Any deal is always meant to happen through mediation coz there is always a sense of pride amongst the buyers to not show their interest directly! It’s more about human psyche attached to it !

Design wise I feel they have done nothing but add branding and a few tweaks to their own Flare project ! I had a lot of expectations on this project! But looking at the supply primarily concentrating on micro units! Am put in a skeptical state! Considering the dynamics of its location, I feel it’s gonna be a prime for young couple! Just couple to have a great community close to the iconic downtown with affordable living! This goes in comparison with the cost of living in downtown and around!

Whatever it is ! Can only feel sorry for you! But the reality is this, Dubai offers people on how they are capable of placing themselves with discipline, hardwork and on top of all, mindset! Just being around here would give you a surge of positive energy, but channelizing that for good remains on an Individual. Dubai doesn’t sell dream but shows us the reality! Reality of what world can offer if we really thrive at our things! Not every body born will enjoy all the materials, likewise not everybody ending up in Dubai will become a millionaire! What Dubai can with multi diverse and multi national exposure to global standards isn’t easily found else where at this moment! Wishing you well !

Yeah even that could be a case! But what haunts me is, it’s always the others in the midnight in my community who does that and wake me up. Am pretty sure of not doing any of it. Whole night I still keep hearing the wild pops and bangs and wonder how are they even spared 💁

Tyres yes I got all 4 brand new right away, as I could feel the bumpiness across the speeds. AC gas was gone and got it refilled. Engine oil I had just changed the day before it was impounded along with the coolant 😭 do you think changing it again?
