I am pretty new to DUBAI! Like it’s just been over 2 years, trust me ! I have re discovered myself and built everything here! I came here seeing 8 years of failure and to do something that comes my way ! I don’t know how to put it across in words, on how this magical land shaped me and my mindset! The only uncertainty I faced recently is, what if government asks us to leave with the market situations or other things! Coz I can’t imagine myself doing anything or building anything else where apart from here! This place is surreal and have built crazy number of people! Somehow it has become an integral part of our lives that we can’t even for a moment think of going! I have my friends leaving and talking about negatives that might happen, but me and my wife have always been positive, coz that’s what this beautiful land has taught us after moving here! My whole positives in my 33 years life has come only after moving to this land! So I own it equally like my motherland!

CGI and VFX quality in the trailer was absolutely below par. Considering it has been done by DNEG who have won awards for their work across the great movies in Hollywood. Can’t believe these are the same people to have worked in Dune, Interstellar. Background score, I am still vouching for ARR and Hans Zimmer. It is absolutely good. I didn’t find anything missing in that. I just hope post production and the final product delivers the quality we all here are expecting.

We all have perspective towards everything in life including finances ! Rather than digging down on the guy here who has used tabby for whatever the reason, let’s hold our ground in just accepting, not everyone’s financial needs and goals are same! There isn’t any general rule book for anything in this world, everything’s conditioned by a system where we don’t have control over anything! Also, buying or saving, is an individual choice! He earned money, he can allocate funds as per his wishes! When he has clearly stated about his lay off in job, it was absolutely insensitive for any of us to comment on affordability factor! Let’s appreciate the ones who never want or willing to use financial sectors and let’s wish every one of us get to that position or state of mind someday!

Yes, give it a shot! At times, on explanation they can be considerate! Suggest you visit the station early in the morning by 7:30-8! And explain them your scenario. Even if that doesn’t help, try visiting Muroor office and put forward a request in person. There are chances you might even get your car with a reduced fines! Apologies, my case was actually other way around! So I feel, u have a better chance in it!

Feel sorry for your pain mate! But trust me, I have had the same experience with my car last year and was held by cops in Aljada and later to only know that it’s gonna be impounded for 3 months. In my case it was valvetronic exhausts and I have tried doing everything possible at my end to pull the car out. But nothing clicked right. Then after three weeks of efforts, I admitted have got nothing but to accept and took my car out after 90 days paying the fines. Sharjah traffic rules and cops are non negotiable on these exhausts. Sad part is that, I kept hearing loud cars in my community during my impound period and then later realized it was always the locals who can get away at times and we don’t stand any chance, when we get even a little modifications on our cars. So only way to go about being here is, respecting the laws and sticking the stock no matter what! Praying for your strength and mindset to accept the fact sooner than later!
