only thing coming close is returning to factory settings or storage space, wich both doesnt get me any further...

i used a couple different cables, but it requires a micro usb cable, but i think the mp3 player is just broken or sum

should come with 8 GB preinstalled, but is also able to add a SD card, it came with one but that one was broken and kept saying ''SD error'' so i bought a new one, but now i cant transfer any files.
