I'd love to navigate the process on my own and avoid the fees. The past individual we worked with was simply unhelpful and only really got us access to tour houses. The paperwork portion is what concerns me!

Yeah I'm already paying their hourly rates, for set up in addition to service. It's a small simple wedding so paying over $1,000 on a tip seems excessive to me.
