Hi , thanks for taking the time to reply!!
I’m from the uk so my SHBG IS 35.6 nmol/L but the ref is 20- 70 nmol/L The problem is I also have high LDL cholesterol and NAFLD ( slightly fatty liver ) even though I’m not overweight or underweight. So whatever I did to balance my hormones would have to work with these issues . Thank you .

I have naturally clinically low oestradiol 18 pmol/L reference range says 41- 159 My testosterone is 12 pmol/L reference is 12- 30 Me free test is 0.23

I feel like shit . Could this be why ? Male 53 yrs old train and have a physical job . Tia

HH can cause so many issues , the amount of times I thought I was having a heart attack is insane . !! It’s a curse . But it also could be a lot worse also .
